Rental Fees effective June 1, 2024.

All rentals include fees for a custodian to open/close and be present during rentals of the building

Sanctuary: $600/day minimum charge. If an admission fee is being charged, the rental will be 15% of the money collected at the door or the $500/day, whichever is greater.

Rehearsal (same day) - $200

Rehearsal (alternate day) - $250

Recitals or small community groups (up to 4 hours) - $250

Lower Hall:

up to four hours - $200;

4 to 8 hours - $250

use of the kitchen is an additional $100

Commercial Kitchen Use

Fee to use our commercial kitchen for the day $250

(renters will be responsible for complete clean up of the kitchen following rental)

    Rental of the Facility (Sanctuary)  $300
    Minister                                          $300
    Music                                             $100
    Wedding Coordinator                     $100

    Total                                               $800
 

Funerals:  No Charge

All renters will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide appropriate insurance.
